Period 1 and 2
We took a vocab test over the words from Ransom of Red Chief; independent reading books and logs were checked, and "The Great Rat Hunt" was started in our Literature books. In Social STudies, we checked our answers to 2.2 and began work on Chap. 2.3.The worksheets are due tomorrow!

Period 5- 6
We had Mr. Finnerty in today - here is what was planned; I will adjust the blog after seeing the notes from Mr. Finnerty.
We took the vocab test, started a selection, "The Great Rat Hunt" in our LitBooks, and our independent reading books were checked. In Social Studies, we turned in notes on 2.3 prior to class, and finished 2.4 along with a review sheet. These are due at the beginning of class tomorrow. Our first Social Studies test is tomorrow; it is an open note test as much of the material is review and we are "testing" our note taking skills as well as our Social Studies knowledge!
