Block I
We learned about different types of questioning, in preparation for our Lit. Circle Unit. We discussed questions that are "right there" and those that are "under the surface"; we read aloud a short story (Sound of Thunder by Bradbury) in class, and then constructed questions that fit the different categories.

In Social Studies, we took notes on Chapter 18 via a ppt presentation and looked through our books (pages 461-470) to identify different problems in pre-Civil War America and the reformers/organizations that addressed those issues.
