We read in our independent novels and practiced our first "commercials". Everyone will do one impromptu commercial about a favorite book this trimester. We read Chapter 7 in Light in the Forest - Chapter 6 questions are due tomorrow. These are the questions you received last Friday. The Chapter 7-8 questions will not be turned in; you will have the vocabulary test for those words on Friday of this week (October 29t).
We went to the computer lab to finish printing (after printing problems on Friday) - remember: 2 copies of your memoir are due tomorrow - one with the rough draft attached for me to grade, and one that you will share with your classmates tomorrow.

We read part of Chapter 7 in Light in the Forest - Chapter 6 questions are due tomorrow. These are the questions you received last Friday. The questions for Chapters 7&8 are due on Wednesday. We also reviewed our 11 vocab words (test this Friday) and did a quick group activity on the amazing Ben Franklin.
We received our JA books today and went over the practice test. Tomorrow we will correct the test discuss debit and credit cards.
