We read in our independent novels and discussed conflict we encountered in our reading. Was it internal or external? We listened to a story from our Lit Book (The Elevator on page 24 and then analyzed where the plot lines - where did it end?
For Social Studies, we practiced Cornell notes and finished Chapter 1. We chose were we personally would have wanted to live in the 1200AD time period, and explained our choices in a short paragraph.

We read our independent reading books and talked about conflict we found in our reading. We listened to "The Elevator" from our lit book and analyzed where the author decided to end the story.... and why!
